A Reflection on 2021

A new year brings a time of reflection on the year gone by—the opportunities, the growth, and the ways to continually improve. It is also a time to set new goals and reach new heights. At Proactive MD, we consider success as bettering the lives of clients and patients and fighting for their greatest good every single day.

We are extremely thankful and humbled by the opportunity to expand access to Advanced Primary Care across country in the time of its greatest need. Providing compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients and clients is our greatest achievement and one that we can guarantee year after year.

We expanded into 15 new states in 2021

We opened 10 new Health Centers in 2021

Our Proactive MD team has grown to nearly 300 members

We moved into a beautiful new corporate office in Simpsonville, SC in October of 2021

We reached a goal of 2,000 followers on LinkedIn and now have 2,674 and counting

We will serve over 100,000 lives in 2022
